We are meeting once again for November 10th Monthly meeting held at the Radisson Hotel in Trevose, PA. 19053.

The meeting times start at 4:30 pm.

Our topics is presented by two great speakers: MHI Consulting – Christine Workman – Elevator Code Updates.

Also, we have our chapter elections. All must register ahead of time before the meeting to make sure all are eligible to vote. Healthcare and Vendors can vote in this year chapter elections.  We will be sending out information shortly on the upcoming candidates.

Election update information:

At our November meeting, we will be holding chapter elections.  We are asking for nominations to serve on the board for the 2027-2029 term. To be nominated, you must be healthcare member in good standing. The positions that are open for election are:

Sergeant at Arms

            The Sergeant-at-Arms shall:

1. Be elected for a two-year term and assure individuals attending meetings are members in good standing.
2. Check registrations for dinner and other association events as members and guests register and provide a count of members in attendance and monies to the treasurer, and;
3. Assist in maintaining the Association insignia and ceremonial symbols and;
4. See that Association’s banners and the American flag are properly displayed and maintain as necessary and.
5. Perform special assignments as requested by the president.

President Elect (You must have served on the board or on a HFMADV committee to be nominated.)

                The President Elect shall:

1. During the absence of the President shall preside over meetings, and perform the duties of the President and,
2. In the event of the death, resignation, or removal of the President, the president-elect shall assume the office of president and serve for the balance of the empty term, plus the two additional years he/she would have served.
3. The president-elect automatically assumes the uncontested nomination for the position of president for the subsequent term.
4. President Elect shall assist the president in consultation with the executive committee with the development of the association’s calendar of event, which identifies timetables for key individuals and committees in conducting association business.
5. The President Elect will perform duties as assigned by the President.

If you are interested in running, please email the Chapter Board members at info@hfmadv.org with the position you intend to run for, a short bio, and a headshot. Candidates should be prepared to make a quick speech at the fall conference to introduce themselves to the chapter members.

Please email us by Wednesday, September 30th. We will vote in person at the November Monthly Regular meeting on Tuesday, November 10th.

Any healthcare chapter member in good standing is eligible to vote. Business partners are eligible to cast (1) vote on behalf of their company. Every vote counts in person at the November Meeting.
